EXAUCE was created in 2002 by David GROSSI, a computer engineer.
Based in Reunion Island, that small start up had to compete with many firms, bigger, older and with more reputation than EXAUCE. With the user-friendly tools, DOC and FLUID, EXAUCE convinced his first companies. This software and computing services company's main approach was now obvious : Most of the tools available to manage documents and business processes are complicated to use, find a way to simplify processes was the goal.
The answer of EXAUCE was INFINITY : developped in 2009, this dematerialized platform has convinced many firms in Indian Ocean as with only one tool, it was possible to do several applications :
- Monitoring : purchases, investments, expenses account, request for derogation, vacation requests...
- Dissemination / Publication : incoming and outgoing mail, procedures, data sheets...
- Follow up : accidents, reports, customers claim...
- Production : create a new document from a template, business proposals, mails, reports...
- Workflows : credit scoring, production procedure, validation/verification of standard...
- Archiving : customers contracts, invoices, pay slips, accounting documents...
However to use this tool, two conditions were required, one server and on-site installation.
At the end of 2012, INFINITY is improved and became The-Data-Box. Thanks to this improvement, it is now possible to use this tool being simply connected to a single web navigator.
November 2014, iMPROCESS is going to be created, a partnership with EXAUCE is already concluded in order to extend the commercialization of The-Data-Box in europe and Middle East.
iMPROCESS can also be by your side if you want to create a website. Being visible on mobile web, the new proximity media, as many people doing internet browsing and check email on their phone instead of a computer, is inescapable today.
